These Terms govern your use of the Joshiji Astrology website and consultation booking service, operated from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By using this site or booking a consultation, you agree to them.
Joshiji Astrology provides free astrological calculation tools and paid one-on-one Vedic astrology consultations with Joshiji, conducted by phone or video call. Consultations are with Joshiji personally — we do not operate a panel of astrologers, a live chat service, or automated report generation.
You must be 18 or older to book a consultation. If you provide someone else's birth details — a child's, or a family member's — you confirm you are entitled to share them.
A Kundali is only as accurate as the birth date, time and place it is built from. You are responsible for the details you provide. A reading based on incorrect information is not grounds for a refund.
The consultation fee is shown on the booking page before you confirm. Payment is made by UPI, and you submit the UTR reference from your own payment app so we can match it to your booking. We never receive or store your card, bank account or UPI PIN details. Your slot is confirmed once payment is verified.

You may reschedule or cancel free of charge before your scheduled time. A missed consultation is not refunded. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Please do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person's account or data, scrape the site at scale, or resell our calculations or readings as your own. We may suspend access where this happens.
Names, relationships and photographs you add to the Family Tree remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display them back to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload any photograph of another person.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with a consultation is limited to the fee you paid for it. Decisions you take after a reading are your own.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after that date means you accept the revision.
