Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want booking a consultation with Joshiji to feel low-risk. This policy explains when you can reschedule, when you can cancel, and when a refund applies.

Rescheduling

You may move your consultation to any other available time, free of charge, as long as you do so before your scheduled time begins. Use the link in your booking confirmation or contact us with your booking reference.

Cancelling

If you cancel before your scheduled time begins, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Missed Consultations

If you do not attend your consultation at the time you booked, that booking is not refundable. Joshiji reserves that hour for you alone and turns away other bookings for it, so the time cannot be recovered once it has passed. If something urgent prevents you from attending, reschedule or cancel beforehand — both are free.

If Joshiji Cannot Attend

In the rare case that a consultation is cancelled from our side, you may choose either a full refund or a rescheduled session at a time that suits you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
